- Alaska / Hawaii - flat rate shipping cost of $14.99.
- FPO / APO Addresses - shipping cost is based on the total weight of the product ordered and your delivery destination.

What is your return policy?
- New, unopened and in original packaging items:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 30 days of receipt of your order. Carefully re-package the item you would like to return and ship to the below address. Returns must be shipped at buyer's expense. Please include your name and original order number. Refunds are processed in the original tender along with any applicable sales tax within 24-72 hours of receiving your return. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. We will not accept returns if the package is damaged upon receipt. Your may need to file a claim with the return carrier.

- Damaged / Defective items:
- Please contact us by email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details about the damaged / defective item so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

- If the order is undeliverable or refused, we will issue a refund for the price of the product plus taxes, less any shipping charges.

Can I cancel an order?
